    Before listing, we professionally film a video of your property, showcasing the highlights of your home and take professional photography. These items are used for marketing purposes. We also have the entire home virtually mapped out. This isn’t just photos, it involves the latest in 3D tech. Interested Buyers book a 3D Virtual Showing at which time we walk them through the home virtually. This is a free service for our clients.

  • We will only allow buyers to physically view the home after three key steps. Viewing the video and booking a 3D Virtual Showing, verifying that the Buyer is qualified to purchase, and after filling out and signing a health questionaire. During showings, we put protocols in place to try to minimize contact with the home.

  • You can also consider providing a pre-listing inspection. The inspectors can send you a detailed report with photos and descriptions. This can be provided to interested Buyers to give them additional confidence and encourage stronger offers.

  • You can meet with your lawyer virtually via a video conference. The keys for your home can be left in a lockbox at the home for the Buyers on closing, so you will not have to worry about delivering them.

  • Your lawyer will have the funds from closing wired to your account. They can also seamlessly close both a sale and a purchase if you are also purchasing a new home at the same time.
